Wal-Mart Coupon Policy Test $12.07 Overage

I've been reading on the coupon boards that Wal-mart has a new coupon policy that allows you to have overages.  What is an overage??  An overage happens when the value of the coupon exceeds the price of the product.  They allow overages because when they mail the coupon to the manufacturer they are getting the full value back, therefore they owe us change in return.  If you do have an overage you have 2 options.  You can apply the overage to the rest of your "basket" groceries, or they can give you the change.

I had 2 coupons that I wanted to use to test this new policy.  I had a $5 off any 3 Gillette Products, and $5 off any 2 Olay Products.  When a coupon says ANY this includes trial/travel size items.
Gillette Shaving Cream=$1.27
Olay Lotion=$1.57

I only used coupons on this trip, and with overages, wal-mart paid me $12.07.
